A Special Gift From A Special Friend

Do you guys know my good friend, Frances of Topaz Horizon?

It all began with our love for Hollywood gossip! Frances was my editor-in-chief back when I was beauty editor at-large for OK! magazine. We (successfully) crossed over from being work friends to true amigas.

We bonded over our love for Hollywood gossip! Frances was my editor-in-chief back when I was beauty editor at-large for OK! magazine. We (happily) made the jump from being work friends to true amigas.

F messaged me on Facebook and told me that she wanted to send me (and a few other bloggers) some beauty love. “I nominated them because they are all different women,” shares Frances. “[They have] different passions, different looks, different journeys, but they are all alike in their quest to pursue their dreams and to help other women make their own dreams come true, whether it’s looking your best (Nicole), working from home so you can be with your kids (Martine), or making your passions earn you money (Ginger). I hope you liked my gifts, ladies!”

Thank you for the kind words and for sending this over, Frances :) Can’t wait to see what’s inside!

Lots of Physiogel goodies! Thank goodness because I always use this and just ran out of lotion.

Ooh-la-la! Physiogel beauty loot! Thank goodness because I always use this and just ran out of the Physiogel Cream. I like the handy size since I can just throw it in my bag and apply it while I’m stuck in traffic.

Even before I started blogging, Physiogel was already a staple in my beauty regimen—and I would always recommend it to my friends. I first found out about the brand when my derma told me to use the soap-free cleanser cleanser. Now that the weather is colder, it’s been such a big help because my face doesn’t feel dry, tight, or itchy. As for the lotion and the cream? I’ve already blogged about them since I’m really a fan! My reviews here and here.

F alsod has a mommy blog, which I love reading! While looking for photos of us, I realized that I had more pics with her adorable boys (she has three!). This is her youngest, Piero. And yes, I'm quite smitten.

I really like how Physiogel is gentle enough for babies, but potent enough for grown-ups who have super dry skin (like Frances) and are too tamad or lazy to apply lotion daily (like me). Don’t just take my word for it though—you can also read F’s review here about how Physiogel helped her feel more free in her skin (and helped her become a better wife and mommy, too).

Thanks again for sending me these skin goodies from Physiogel, Frances! I’m already using them! ♥
