#GetLippieTuesday

Happy Skin finally has its very own boutiques in Glorietta 3 and it’s just so pretty!

Sigh. I wish this was the entrance to my boudoir.

Sigh. I kinda wish this was the entrance to my boudoir.

And yup, the place is perfect for selfies, too!

It’s got lots of spots that are perfect for selfies—that’s a must when you’re trying on new makeup!

So basically, you won't really want to leave until you've taken photos and played around with all their products. Hehe!

My favorite little nook is the corner on the far left (where the mirror is). It’s like a little bar where you can sit down and get a “Lips-spection.”

You can take a fun quiz and discover the best lippie for you!

Look for this clipboard! You can take a fun quiz and discover the best lippie for you—fun!

While at the store, I also got to take a look at their 2015 holiday collection. Happy Skin always has fab sets packaged beautifully, so I was excited to see what they’d come up with this year.

This is what I got because I couldn't resist the name!

Ugh, cutesy book sets with makeup inside! How can you resist this??

This set comes with two lippies from the Happy Skin Shut Up & Kiss Me Power Pout Moisturizing Lip Lacquer line. You guys have to see the colors—they’re actually better on your lips than in the tube!

Here's what it looks like when you open it. I have to admit, the shades just seemed okay at first. Nothing too exciting.

I was worried that the liquid lipsticks wouldn’t glide on very well and that they might be drying. Surprisingly though, it felt like I was just applying mousse over my lips and it didn’t really settle into the cracks of my lips.

I loved the shine and I loved that it didn’t wash me out even though the color was on the light side. If there’s one thing I know, Happy Skin really knows how to create colors that suit Asian skintones well!

I'm more of a bold lippie kinda girl, so this shade in Hear Me Roar is more my style.

I was surprised by how vivid and rich the shades were, which proves that you really can’t judge a lippie by the way it looks in the tube. I feel like it glides on matte, so I like that it leaves a nice shine on your pout. It also feels super light (like you’re not wearing any lipstick at all) and you get a discount since this set costs P1,199 (individually, the lippies cost P699 each).

There are actually three more holiday lippie sets that range from P1,099 to P1,499. So cute, right?

And guess what? There are actually three more holiday lippie sets that range from P1,099 to P1,499. Kinda makes you want to collect them all, huh?

Each set has a different lippie combo inside, so the hard part is going to be deciding which set you really want. I was torn between getting an illustration I really liked (the blue one seen here) and the makeup in the orange set (there were three lippies inside!). I can go on and on, but you really have to see them yourself!
