#GetLippieTuesday

Looking for a peachy-nude lipstick? I found a really nice one for you!

The shade's perfect for laidback days and lazy weekends.

I’m not really into nudes, so this lippie surprised me. I had an early morning call time, so my usual bold lipsticks were a bit too much at 8 a.m. Happily, this shade didn’t make me look too washed out and the peachy shade helped me look more fresh and carefree.

What I used: MAC Lustre Lipstick in Freckle Tone, P1,000.

I liked that it had a sparkly shine to it, which is probably why it wasn’t as drying. I still prepped my lips with a balm though out of habit. But as far as MAC lippies go, this was a more comfortable formula since it didn’t make me feel like my pout was painfully dry at the end of the day.

See? Nice and sparkly!

The tiny flecks weren’t too distracting, and more importantly, it didn’t cheapen the look. It won’t be a staple in my makeup bag since I’m partial to vivid hues, but it has earned a spot on my makeup bureau. It’s the one I’ll be reaching out for whenever I do a smokey eye (which is basically, 8/10 times) or just want to feel a little more demure.

What do you think of this lippie? Yay or nay? ♥

  • Jhake o.

Definitely a Yay! I can’t apply lipsticks without using lipbalms first. Parang naka program na sa utak ko, haha!

    • Same here! Parang may kulang if I forget to use it.
