One of the things I love about Snapchat is that it allows me to spy on Hollywood A-listers and beauty trendsetters. And now that Paris Fashion Week (PFW) is in full swing, I’m watching all the shows and trying to get a glimpse at the latest beauty trends on the runway.
Like how Gigi Hadid rocked glitter brows for the Giambattista Valli show. What do you think, guys? Image via Snapchat/GigiHadid.
Personally, I’m too freaked out by the thought of glitter falling into my precious peepers. So yeah, this is a trend that I’m not too into. But you know what I’m super loving?
This half slick, half wave hair look I spotted on Jen Atkin’s Snapchat! It’s a backstage shot from one of the shows.
I really wish I had the hair length to try this look! For now, I think I’ll have to settle for the slicked back effect (it’ll look good for summer nights at the beach). My usual grooming tools: a pair of sharp tweezers and my fave round-tipped brow scissors.
So I began to wonder…have I been holding my tweezers the wrong way my entire life? Which direction is the slanted tip really supposed to go, anyway? My answer after the jump!
When I was still experimenting with nail art, I didn’t have a lot of fancy tools. Instead, I would use whatever knick-knacks I had around the house to make my own dotting tool. If you don’t want to spend and just want to have fun with polish over the weekend, try this easy nail art hack:
Don’t forget to choose different-sized pin heads, so you can create various shapes and circles!
