I have a lot of products that I’m testing out this month…and it’s driving me crazy! Because I don’t know where to start, I thought I’d show you what’s on my lineup. This way, you can leave a comment and decide which ones you want me to review first. The (beauty) power is yours!
First up: L’Oréal La Palette Nude in Rose and Beige (P800 each) and Color Riche Lipsticks (P400 each).
I also have a moisturizer and eye cream from French brand, Nuxe.
My fave skincare brand! I also have to test the rest of the Perricone MD No Makeup Makeup line, but I already reviewed the foundation here and here.
I finally had time to sneak in a mani-pedi. And oh dear lord, I feel like a human again! Haha, pretty colors on my tips and toes just make me feel so happy and confident. (Leave a comment if you agree!)
I was thrilled to see this color on their roster because I’ve been seeing a lot of mint green in the latest S/S 2016 makeup collections. I don’t know if I can apply that color on my lids (like they did here with NARS), so I’m glad I get to incorporate this trendy beauty shade here on my digits.
What polish color is on your nails now? Tell me, tell me! ♥

Ever heard of negative space nails? It was a new nail art trend that I discovered when I was trendspotting for Cosmo.ph—and it’s still super hot on the runways this season. It basically looks something like this:
You leave a “space” for your real nails to peek through when you create your graphics. Love this design from sonaillicious.com!
It can also look this basic! Remember, just let your natural nails peek through.
It actually took me a while to wrap my head around this trend. The first photo with complicated graphics requires a little more time at the salon and I just didn’t have the time to spare. During my last visit to I Do Nails though, I finally figured out how to rock some nail art—and it was sooo fast and easy! Clickity-click to check out what I did! It’s super cool! Continue reading →
I am obsessed with dark, cherry colors right now—but I couldn’t find the exact shade I wanted when I dropped by my favorite nail stop, I Do Nails. So…I tried a little experiment and decided to mix two colors together.
Here are the polishes I used! That’s Deborah Lippmann’s Dark Side of The Moon (it looked a little more purplish at the salon) and MAC’s Vintage Vamp.
Looks promising for a dark cherry, right? I swiped on a coat of the Deborah polish first, and right before it dried completely, I applied another coat of the MAC lacquer. Let’s take a look at what I got:
Hmm…it’s more of a dark chocolate hue, but I’m not complaining! It still looks delicious!
If I had more time, I would’ve added a hint of red. But since I was in a rush for my next meeting, I settled for this. I still like it though and it’s always fun to experiment with mixing polish shades. You never know what you’re going to get!
Have you ever mixed nail polish colors? What are your tips and tricks? ♥

Rouge Louboutin retails at $50 in the US! But you can try it at I Do Nails for an additional P200 only.
Because I don’t have a pair of these killer heels yet, I’ll just paint my tips and toes red with this gorgeous, iconic color! Want to see what it looks like and read my polish review? Click, click! Continue reading →
