Sunday Sparkle

Start by being loving, truthful, and giving to yourself first (you’ll find that it’ll extend to others more naturally when you do). And if you think you’re already doing this and still not getting the results you want, then ask. Ask your mom, your bestie, your sister, or your bae for their insights and tell them what you are also yearning for. It may be uncomfortable at first, but if you approach it with an open mind and are willing to push through the initial awkwardness, you’ll have a better relationship with yourself and with those around you. ♥
