You Guys Have To Watch This!

So this video from YouTuber, My Pale Skin, has been going viral…

I’m going to be uploading my own YouTube videos soon (subscribe here!), so she’s definitely one of the girls I look up to now. I love that she took control, showed her vulnerability, and proved that you don’t have to be so perfect all the time to be beautiful. I dealt with acne for about a year (and my skin is finally calming down from that), and it was horrible. My breakouts were cystic, and even though they weren’t as severe, my confidence still took quite a hit.

You all know I love talking about real beauty and striving for authenticity—and I want to show you that even beauty girls get skin dilemmas, too.

But I’ve learned that it shouldn’t really matter and you have to rock what you got (even if it’s a monstrous zit) and love yourself no matter what.

There are so many issues now about makeup (wearing too much, wearing too little, wearing none at all). When it comes to beauty, you guys know my rule: If it makes you feel good, do it. There are days when I don’t feel like I need makeup to feel beautiful. There are also days when I want to rock a friggin’ smokey eye, y’know. It’s your face, so go ahead and put on whatever makeup look you want—and don’t feel any shame about that.

That said, I do want to thank each and everyone of my readers for all the love and positivity you’ve sent my way!! Seeing things like this really makes me appreciate you all even more. Whenever someone asks me about my readers, I always say that I have the best, the kindest, the smartest, and the sparkliest readers on the Internet. I’m so happy and grateful that you guys are always so supportive and kind. Let’s continue to leave a sparkly beauty trail wherever we go!

Sending love and sparkles to you all! ♥

Thanks for this inspiring post ms. Nicole. I agree for all the things you said, though sometimes I can still feel a bit conscious of my flaws. But what’s important is my happiness and contentment for myself is greater than my insecurities:D I will definite watch that video. You’re the sweetest too to give love to your readers!<3

    • Aww! Thank you, Jeremy!! You’re so sweet and I’m touched by your comment!

We all have our insecurities (even I feel self-conscious at times). But yes, what’s important is that we just focus on being our happiest and sparkliest selves! Sending you a big hug! xoxo

      • Patricia! I’ve missed your comments :) Hehe!

Yes, Yadah seems like a good brand nga! For oily skin, try their cleanser and toner. What’s important is that your skin is still well-moisturized. Sometimes kasi, it produces more oil bec it’s dry.
